What sets my Restorative Facials apart?

My Restorative Facials go beyond surface‑level treatment—they’re designed to heal and strengthen the skin from the inside out. I combine clinically‑proven techniques with a holistic understanding of the body’s own repair mechanisms. By addressing both internal influences (stress, hormonal balance, nutrition) and external factors (environmental pollutants, UV exposure), each facial works to reset the skin’s natural response systems, promote tissue regeneration, and improve overall skin function. Your facial is fully custom — crafted to meet your skin’s needs at the time of your visit. I blend non-invasive modalities, nutrient-rich formulations, and intuitive care to create results that are both science-based and soul-nourishing.

Do I need a consultation before booking a facial?

Yes—especially if it’s your first visit. I recommend starting with a First Steps Facial. During this appointment we combine a thorough consultation, a skin assessment, and a customized facial. This lets me pinpoint your skin’s unique needs and design a treatment plan that’s truly tailored to you, ensuring you get the best possible results from the very first session.

Do you accept tips?

No. Tips are not expected or accepted. My pricing is transparent. Your continued loyalty and trust are more than enough appreciation.

What do I wear / bring to a Pilates Class?

Comfortable clothes. You’ll want clothing that lets you move freely, stays comfortable as you sweat a little, and doesn’t get in the way of the precise, controlled motions the practice emphasizes. Bare feet are encouraged, you are welcome to wear grippy socks if that feels better to you. Bring your own mat and some water.

Do I need prior experience to take a Pilates Class?

Not at all. I design every class based on who has joined that day and can offer modifications to either up the challenge, or learn the beginning basics. All are welcome.

What is your cancellation policy?

I kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Changes made with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a fee of 50% of the booked service. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service.
