My personal journey with health-focused care and wellness began when I was just 10 years old. I feel blessed to have been introduced to these principles at such a young age and to have been mentored in various natural healing methods. Over the years, my studies have spanned Quantum Physics, the wisdom of Aboriginal elders, spirituality from cultures around the world, Naturopathic and Conventional Medicine, as well as Traditional Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture. This rich tapestry of ancient wisdom and modern science has shaped a holistic approach that honors the body, mind, and spirit—guiding me to help others awaken their own innate capacity for health and transformation.
